Ninja Basics 1/2/3

Service Description

Classes are taught Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 pm. Ninja Basics 3/Intermediate is taught from 7-8 on Wednesdays. $45 registration fee required. This introductory program offers brief lessons in all areas of the gym. Students will learn the basics of movement and how to use the features of our gym. This allows students to transition smoothly into the other classes.
